The wait is over.  George is very excited to see this weekend's movie selction: Wallace & Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit!!!  We are looking forward to it... some popcorn, a pitcher of sangria....and just press play...

Have you ever gotten the emails from sites like travelocity.com that offer these great weekend specials...from $103, then you start to look, and that ONE special is to a place in the middle of nowhere!  What kind of special is that?!?!  The other thing that happens is they make you think you will get a good price, but the more you look into it, you find that the advertised price is not for anytime you can travel....

So, what looked like a chance for me to get back to MA for a couple days ended up being no cheaper than a normal trip costs....

And who goes on vacation for a weekend?

Maybe I can get a deal next weekend...

Well, I guess I know what many people will be doing this weekend - watching the game! Well, it looks like that goes for me, too. I'll be hanging out with some friends to watch the game. The main reasons for going (since I am not a big sports fan):
- Food
- Friends
- Drinks
- Can dress in comfortable clothes (thank you for that one Brian!)

So I am going..... Go ________________!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay... I have recently started to watch movies again - it is a good way to relax and get school-stuff off my mind. The problem is, I have been out of the loop so long, that I don't know which movies are worth watching. I like comedy, drama, legal thrillers, etc. - almost everything except "reality TV" type shows and car chasing, bomb exploding, guts and gore all over the screen movies. Any thoughts?

Weekends are great! Whether they are Saturday and Sunday (like most people), Monday and Tuesday (for many in the hospitality industry) or any day(s) that you DO NOT have to be somewhere to do what other people decide.

I, for one, get Friday through Monday for my weekend (at least this semester). The down side - I spend almost all that time doing homework and reading. I need to live through what others are doing. Help me have some fun, please!
